PpAs a Supplier Validation Engineer, you will ensure timely and flawless introduction of new parts and/or suppliers from qualification, capability capacity assessment to production part approval process validation. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the responsibility of production part approval process validation for all Bobst sites; /li liQuality and technical assessment of new suppliers; /li liAct as a recognized subject matter expert in the assigned technical field; /li liTrack NPI parts/resourcing projects from sample production until PPAP sign-off; /li liEnsure PPAP documentation availability to all Bobst sites; /li liAccountable for timely and flawless product relocation and substitution; /li liRepresents Supplier Performance Management team within NPI / PMO; /li liTrack and monitor First Time Right (FTR) indicators; /li liTrain Suppliers during qualification phase on Bobst standards (norms, manuals, etc…) /li /ul h3Key activities /h3 ul liRun initial supplier audit; /li liLead drawing reviews; /li liCoordinate and answer to technical questions from suppliers; /li liInteract with key decision makers in RDE; /li liMonitor and manage trial orders in coordination with Buyer; /li liReview, approve, share and archive PPAP documentation; /li liEnsure accuracy and improvement of FTR KPI; /li liEnsure the relevance and homologation of every new parts for NPI (APQP) /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liMaster degree in engineering or relevant technical experience in industry; /li li3 years minimum of proven experience in Supplier Quality or Development positions. /li /ul h3Required skills /h3 ul liStrong technical acumen /li liKnowledge of Quality tools: PPAP, MSA, SPC, APQP, FMEA /li liData driven /li liProject leadership / Project management /li liGlobal mindset, teamwork spirit /li liFluency in English, further language skills are an advantage /li /ul h3Join us – and grow with us. /h3 pBOBST is an engineering company, pioneering intelligent solutions that shape the future of the packaging world.
