Modine Manufacturing Company is hiring a Material Planner and Production Planner.Position DescriptionThis role ensures the timely and efficient planning of materials and production activities to meet customer demand, optimize inventory levels, and support manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan Raw Materials requirements for Amaro Plant, issue and manage purchase orders to suppliersEnsure timely deliveries to support production requirementsConstantly monitor RM supplies to avoid disruptions or problemsCarry out actions and contingency plans in case of shortagesEnsure the planned stock levelWork in collaboration with other functions to manage phase in / out problemsSupport Master Planning and Order Management for new projects impacting raw materialsDevelop detailed production plans, establishing operational sequences, times and quantitiesMonitor its execution daily, managing unexpected events and modify the plan when necessarySupport continuous improvementRequired Education & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering or Economics2-3 years of experience in Material Planning or Production planning areas preferably in manufacturing companies working with multiple assembly lineGood knowledge in materials planning, MRP and international purchasing processes in complex environmentStrong analytical skills : ability to analyze production flows and constraints (machinery / resources)Problem solving: ability to promptly and proactively identify and resolve critical issues that may jeopardize the continuity of the production flowNegotiation skillsExcellent communication and relationship skillsAutonomous, target oriented and stress resilient professionalFluent Italian and EnglishExcellent knowledge of Excel, Outlook and ERP systemsBenefitsCompetitive benefit package that may include paid vacation, short-term disability, 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, flex spending, tuition reimbursement, Health Savings Account and more.
