PThe apprentice will join the ENERGY AND INFRASTRUCTURE GROUP team, responsible for advisory services, structuring and arranging of financings on a no-recourse basis (project financing) for the bank's clients, especially in the infrastructure and energy areas in Italy. /ppThe Italian team is part of an international network, where it can support Italian and foreign customers who want to participate in tenders for the development and / or acquisition of infrastructure at European level, even over PPP scheme (Public-Private Partnership). /ppWithin the team there is also a function responsible for the portfolio management of the transactions currently financed by the bank. /ppMain activities to be performed by the new resource are aimed at supporting the front office team in: /pp• analysis of potential projects to finance on a no-recourse basis (analysis of the main risks and allocation criteria through contractual and financial structuring of the projects) /pp• definition and assessment of possible capital structure alternatives /pp• development and / or use of financial models in Excel /pp• drafting of appropriate business opportunity memorandum and/or credit application /pp• ensuring adequate due diligences on assets (visits) and legal/technical aspects are performed /pp• follow-up of portfolio transactions (support the portfolio management on major waiver requests and/or amendments on complex transactions) /pp• supporting the portfolio management in identifying key risks and material changes in the credit quality of transactions and credit counterparts /pp• contributing to maintain and develop profitable and sustainable relationships with the sector clients (companies, investors, equity infra funds) and business partners (lawyers, advisors, experts) at the appropriate level. /ppbr/ppFrench will be considered a plus. /ppOther internships in corporate banking, specially in Structured Finance could represent a plus; Good knowledge of financial analysis - Microsoft office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Development and / or use of financial models in Excel /ppbr/ppstrongStarting date /strong: 05/2026 /p
