Purpose and Main Priorities of the Role

In this role, based in Basiano (MI), you will report to the Italian Sales Director Roll, and you will manage customers mainly based in Northern Italy. In your position you will be focused on maximizing sales results with the current portfolio of clients, creating value in our proposition and developing new markets and solutions.


Your Responsibilities

* Manage and develop current client portfolio according to company’s strategy, acting as a partner of choice, identifying valuable self‑adhesive solutions
* Profitably grow share of wallet of existing customers, taking advantage of company’s unvaluable product offer, being transversal on different verticals
* Scout new markets and customers
* Build long‑term relationships with accounts
* Pivot within the organization to deliver a distinctive level of service to our clients
* Contribute to deploying the commercial strategy to maximize short and medium‑term results, tailor‑making it to the local market
* Work closely with the marketing team to deliver technical training


Qualifications

* 3+ years’ experience in commercial roles, preferably B2B sectors, with the ability to understand and influence key industries (Wine, Food, HPC, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical)
* Ideally previous experience in the self‑adhesive labels, packaging or printing industry, or a related sector that serves printers (inks, equipment, etc.)
* Proven track record of driving sales and margin contribution in customer accounts
* Demonstrated experience of working accurately in a structured environment with rigorous commercial excellence processes (e.g., margin monitoring, CRM, etc.)
* Commercial attitude, strong customer orientation and a structured approach based on a sales account plan
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop insights into the market/business
* Good problem‑solving skills, supporting proactively and actively in the post‑sales phase
* Reliability, high energy, teamwork and excellent communication and people skills
* Ability to work and deliver results in a complex environment, tolerating a certain degree of ambiguity
* Proficiency in Italian and English, both spoken and written
