For more information go to the role:brWe are looking for a Built-In Installation Managerto develop and support our installation competence center across Business Area Europe.brWhat you'll do:br* Own built-in installation generation plans of Business Area Europe, in alignment with Product Lines. Propose new initiative and secure the execution of installation-related projects throughout the development process, as well as maintenance along the product life cycle.br* Lead product requirementsfor installation in platform projects, collaborating closely with RD, Product Lines, and Design teams. According to the needs, norms, specific market or customer requirements, drive the product requirements for installation in a new project development environment.br* Support Sales and Marketingwith installation content - such as trade presentations, videos, and exhibitions. Provide prompt feedback and proactive input, and support to build customer- facing assets promoting installation benefits.br* Foster collaborationthrough a cross-European internal working group (German Kitchen Association). Act as reference representative of Electrolux in the context of external kitchen associations, securing a proper exchange of information inside and outside.br* Spot trends earlyby researching, networking, and attending key industry fairs like IFA, MOW, and Eurocucina. Secure regular presence and support during the fairs where Electrolux is present, visit competitors' booths and report back to the organization highlighting new trends in kitchens and appliances.br* Shape the futureby working with kitchen associations to influence upcoming kitchen norms and standards.
