**Area Description**
- Italy / Finance Italy: Portfolio Actions & Securitization Italy
**Key tasks and responsibilities**
- Structuring and execution of synthetic securitisations originated by the bank
- Analysis and selection of the underlying portfolio to be securitized or replenished
- Contract definition in cooperation with law department and/or external lawyers
- Participation in the due diligence meetings with investors
- Interaction with external stakeholder/investors and internal functions
**Location**: Milan (Italy)
Requisiti
**Qualification and competencies**
- Excellent academic record in economic/quantitative discipline with a good quantitative attitude
- Expert knowledge of financial modelling to evaluate synthetic securitizations
- Good knowledge of Credit Risk Management, CRR Regulation and Accounting Principles
- IT Competences: Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Good Knowledge of VBA
- Learning agility, steady communication and strong cooperation with the team members, analytical mindset
- Capability to identify issues, problem solving aptitude and flexibility also in pressing environment
- English (Fluent)
