About the RoleAs a Project Site Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing turnkey projects, from the offering phase through execution.
ResponsibilitiesTurn-Key project offering phase and, in case of project award, supporting the execution phase
Turn-Key installation and commissioning planning, as well as installation cost definition and optimization
Leading the execution of the project for both customer and internal organization
Identifying potential risk factors that may impact the schedule and/or project financial targets
QualificationsHave a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
Have a solid technical background and experience in plants Turn-Key installation and commissioning of energy technology solutions for Oil & Gas / decarbonization
Be proficient with P6 and/or MS Project planning tools
Be a self-motivated leader, willing to take responsibilities across geographic and business boundaries
Be fluent in English, written and spoken
Be willing to travel to project sites and for meetings / training at Baker Hughes site locations
