An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Financial Controller to join a rapidly growing renewable energy platform.

Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will play a key role in supporting the financial performance of the group and its subsidiaries, providing high-quality financial insight, driving planning and reporting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insightful analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year results.
- Oversee month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning across the group.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, reporting standards, and internal controls.
- Support relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other professional partners.
- Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, reporting, and controls.
- Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business growth and performance.
About You
We're keen to speak with finance professionals who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior controlling role.
- Strong understanding of management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience working within multi-entity, group, or international environments.
- Knowledge of consolidation principles and intercompany transactions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- Experience in driving process improvements and enhancing reporting capabilities.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Fluency in English.
