You will be part of Enilive SpA and placed in the area dedicated to the business development of electronic toll collection services and related value-added services (parking, urban/limited traffic zone access, ferries, insurance, assistance). The team is responsible for defining, managing, and evolving the product roadmap, ensuring consistency between business objectives, project priorities, and the quality of the implemented solutions. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and manage the evolutionary roadmap of the electronic toll collection service, in line with company strategies /li liLead the development and evolution of the service\'s digital channels (web and mobile) /li liDesign and optimize customer onboarding processes, from subscription to activation and first use /li liManage the integration and evolution of CRM systems, ensuring effective management of the customer journey /li liPerform project and program management activities, ensuring planning, prioritization, and milestone compliance /li liCoordinate cross-functional teams (development, UX, marketing, operations, customer care) and external suppliers /li liTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and delivery plans /li liMonitor product and process KPIs, promoting continuous improvement and customer focus /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, Computer Science or STEM subjects; other qualifications, even lower, may be considered provided significant experience is demonstrated. /li liAt least 3 years\' experience in similar roles, preferably in tolling, smart mobility, ITS or fintech contexts /li liSolid experience in managing digital products and coordinating multidisciplinary teams /li liGood knowledge of the English language /li /ul h3The profile is completed by /h3 ul liKnowledge of digital architectures and systems integration (APIs, microservices, CRM platforms) /li liFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and digital delivery tools /li liExperience analyzing product data and using KPIs and monitoring dashboards /li liBasic knowledge of digital payment processes and transactional systems /li /ul pRome Office.
