We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bar Manager to join our team and lead our bar operations to new heights.Key Responsibilities:· Makes signature cocktails efficiently to the correct specifications· Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.· Support the organization and cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and storage spaces.· Prepares and serves drinks to guests in the restaurant with a high level of hospitality· Maintains stock levels by monitoring and passing on any orders that need to be placed· Sets up and closes down the bar at the start / end of each day
