Key Responsibilities
1. Building, migrating, deploying, updating and maintaining complex solutions based on RedHat OpenShift.
2. Providing support during criticalsituation and incident management, effectively support troubleshooting.
3. Collaborating across multiple teams and lead technical conversation (with client as well).

4. Minimum 1 year of experience
5. Must have expertise and experience installing and/or updating Red Hat’s OpenShift Container Platform
6. We want the engineers who are architecting and installing the platforms and supporting them entirely from the ground up
Kubernetes background, 2+ years
7. Strong OpenShift experience, a strong background with Kubernetes is a major plus
8. OpenShift is essentially Kubernetes under the hood, some other Kubernetes platforms similar to OpenShift are Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)…our team’s focus is OpenShift though
9. GitOps experience
10. Automation & scripting
11. Background in programming / development / scripting (i.e. Java, C++, bash, python, Go, yaml) is a plus as well
12. Familiarity with RedHat technologies, including Ansible and RH Application runtimes.
13. DevOps experience
14. Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and hybrid cloud solutions.
15. Desired Certifications - Red Hat Certified OpenShift Administrator or Kubernetes Certified Administrator
16. Setup, Extension and modification of OpenShift / Kubernetes clusters;
17. Management and resolution of incidents on Elastic and Kafka components;
18. Capacity management and performance management of clusters;
19. Management and resolution of incidents, both with direct responsibility at the container platform level and support for application malfunctions due to misconfigurations on the container platform, in collaboration with the customer's teams;
20. Problem management: identification of root causes and corrective actions and related tracking;
21. Change management: management of changes, both as a result of events and customer requests. Analysis, classification, implementation in coordination with other teams;
22. Management of the basic components of the OpenShift / Kubernetes platform;
23. Management of the configuration of virtual networks within the platform, and network interfaces for both application communication and management;
24. Installation, configuration and use of the monitoring and alert management tools used by Kyndryl, and support for any integration with the tools used by the customer;
25. Installation, configuration and release to the customer of event collection systems and application logs that will be usable by the customer's team;
26. 24x7 support on critical incidents;
27. Patch management and updates for platform components;
28. Periodic reports on availability and performance;
29. Definition of backup procedures for all components of the platform;
30. Real-time monitoring of all platform components, with the identification of problems and the management of the communication process (formal and/or informal) and categorization;
31. Management of user IDs and profiles used in the management of the platform, and possible integrations with the customer's LDAP system; • Management of the keys and cryptographic certificates used in the solution:
32. Management of the keys and cryptographic certificates used in the solution. Ideal candidates must have experience in managing complex infrastructures for medium and large customers, an in-depth technical knowledge of the technologies involved, ability to work in a team, an aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving, interpersonal skills both internally and with customers, many years of experience in delivery, decision making, leadership and technical certifications (RedHat, Hyperscalers, etc.)
