Pantry Operations Manager
Assumes responsibility for the daily operation and control of the Bakery Shop, ensuring smooth production processes and quality control measures are in place.
The Pantry Operations Manager is responsible for requisitioning necessary items from main stores, transporting them to the bakery shop when assigned, and ensuring recipes and yields meet company standards. This individual must also maintain awareness of shipboard operations and assist guests and crew members with inquiries.
This position requires a minimum of three years' experience as a Baker in an upscale setting, preferably on a shipboard. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and completion of high school or basic education equivalency are essential qualifications.
