PpThe Senior Manager for Product Marketing is responsible for strategically overseeing the design, development, implementation, tracking, and optimization of marketing initiatives, customer relationship management strategies, and product development to drive revenue and margin growth for MBE's business. This role will focus on the full development and roll‑out of the Product Marketing strategy for the Italian Market ensuring alignment across three key areas: Marketing Communication, CRM, and Product Management. /p pThis role involves supervising three specialized teams and collaborating closely with business leaders to support business growth through innovative and effective strategies. The Senior Manager reports directly to the Country Manager and has a matrix reporting line to the Fortidia EU Marketing VP. /p h3Key Areas of Responsibility /h3 h31. Marketing Communication /h3 ul liDesign and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance MBE's brand positioning in the Italian Market and to generate high quality leads to sustain New Customer acquisition and RND sales /li liOversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, online and offline, ensuring consistent branding and messaging and effective management of National Media Funds and marketing opex /li liDefine the commercial strategy in terms of market positioning, value proposition, and go‑to‑market approach, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives and customer needs, coordinating all the departments involved /li liDevelop and manage campaigns on the customer base to drive upsell and cross‑sell and retain customers (e.g. email marketing, loyalty program..). /li liPerform market analysis to assess competition, industry trends, and customer satisfaction in the digital and e‑commerce markets. /li liLead the coordination of global campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment across geographies. /li /ul h32. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) /h3 ul liDefine leads management strategy, implement and monitor activities, in alignment with NSO team, to boost acquisition and conversion /li liManage the Telemarketing activity, defining the commercial proposition for the network, the roll‑out plan and monitoring and boosting performance /li liDevelop and implement CRM strategies to boost CRM adoption on the network and enhance customer engagement, value and retention, in alignment with the Marketing team. /li liUtilize customer insights and data analytics to optimize CRM strategies and improve customer experience. /li liDefine CRM requirements, prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively, in collaboration with the Group Product Marketing team /li liDefine and track CRM KPIs to measure the success of initiatives and drive continuous improvement. /li liSupervise the identification, evaluation, and negotiation with telemarketing partners to enable new customer‑base initiatives, improving lead generation and customer value. /li /ul h33. Product Marketing /h3 ul liContribute to the development and rollout of the MBE Products in the Italian market. /li liOversee product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and continuous optimization together with the Fortidia EU Product team. /li liDefine commercial initiatives, in collaboration with NSO team, and marketing activities, in collaboration with Marketing team, to boost products sales and adoption /li liDefine product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively. /li liDevelop and manage the product marketing roadmap, including defining KRs, positioning, pricing, communication, and action plans. /li liCoordinate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Operations, IT, Marketing, Legal, Training, etc.) globally to ensure seamless product delivery and execution. /li liAnalyze and monitor product performance, leveraging insights to maximize sales and network adoption. /li liSupervise and provide strategic directions to three managers: Marketing Branding, CRM, and Product Management. /li liFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within and across teams. /li liEstablish clear performance goals, provide coaching and mentorship, and drive team development. /li liCollaborate with senior leadership - both from MBE Italy and Fortidia - to align departmental goals with overall business objectives. /li /ul h3Skills and qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration or similar fields. /li li5+ years of experience in Marketing Managerial roles, preferably in digital, retail, franchising or service‑based environments. /li liPrevious experience in CRM, and Product Management will be considered a plus. /li liProven experience in go‑to‑market execution, media governance, product launches and adoption. /li liStrong analytical mindset, with the ability to monitor KPIs, interpret performance data and drive decisions based on insights. /li liSolid project management skills and ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders. /li liCommunication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and network partners. /li liExcellent team management and motivation skills. /li liCollaborative spirit, with appreciation of diverse perspectives. /li liBold, passionate, tenacious and curious mindset, not afraid to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo in pursuit of better solutions /li liFluent in Italian and English. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liA vibrant international environment in a continuously growing company with many professional and personal development opportunities. /li liExtensive training and development opportunities within the group. /li liA multicultural organizational structure and team. /li /ul pWe are an equal opportunity employer.
