Technology and Projects Manager Location The Technology and Project Manager is part of the Group Technical department, responsible for leading end-to-end capital industrial asset projects within Vetropack Group. The main responsibility is to deliver industrial projects across multiple business units, leading a multidisciplinary international team to achieve project scope, schedule, and cost targets. This role is ideal if you have strong experience in the glass industry and are ready to advance your career by managing large investment projects. This role reports to the Technology and Projects Director at Vetropack Group. Key Responsibilities Manage projects daily to ensure quality deliverables within time and budget constraints, realizing the benefits outlined in the business case. Handle issues including risk analysis and change requests. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to meet goals and milestones. Lead engineering, permitting, purchasing, construction, testing, and hand-over activities. Coordinate technical and managerial communication among internal and external stakeholders. Conduct project reviews covering design, operability, safety, and constructability. Align with VP standards and best practices. Perform engineering studies, manage tendering, prepare CAPEX documentation, and seek project approvals. Develop project management plans with risk analysis and schedules. Manage RFQs, evaluate bids, and handle contracts and procurement. Oversee suppliers and contractors, including receipt verification and change control. Monitor project performance against scope, quality, safety, budget, and schedule. Arrange FAT for key equipment. Manage construction activities, safety, quality, and quantity surveying. Perform inspections and testing. Ensure project close-out, equipment transfer, and hand-over to operations. Prepare closeout reports and collaborate with Finance for financial closure. Present project status to management. Ensure HSE standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Define and communicate success criteria. Apply strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Work effectively in remote and matrix teams, supporting development and coaching. Be prepared to travel up to 50%. Minimum Requirements English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both spoken and written. At least 10 years of project leadership experience. Experience leading large teams in similar roles.
