This exciting opportunity is for a seasoned Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our membrane solutions in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new business and growing existing customer relationships across the region. With your expertise in membrane technologies and market requirements, you will identify opportunities, build strong customer connections, and position us as a trusted partner for water treatment solutions.
Your primary tasks will include:
* Developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships across Italy
* Understanding customer needs and application requirements to recommend tailored membrane solutions
* Contributing to the regional sales strategy and supporting marketing and customer retention initiatives
* Handling product certifications, quality documentation, and company accreditation processes for key markets
* Monitoring competitor activities and market trends to support pricing and positioning strategies
* Managing day-to-day sales operations, including offer creation, order follow-up, customer support, and complaint handling
* Conducting technical product presentations, training workshops, and representing us at trade fairs and seminars
* Collaborating with Product Management and Technical Teams on pilot projects, product adaptations, and design support
