The ideal candidate is an electrical technician or electrical engineer with experience in the role and good knowledge of English.
Responsibilities
Technical support at first level for company products/services
Managing communications with customers and suppliers, including international
Diagnostic and technical assistance activities
Collaboration with the internal team to resolve technical problems
Requirements
Technical Electrician/Electrical Engineer diploma
Previous experience in a technical/service environment
Good knowledge of English (B1/B2 level)
Good relational skills and customer orientation
