A glimpse in your role : As an Integration & Support Specialist, you will be responsible for integrating and supporting Oracle Opera and Simphony products with Global Blue payment solutions. You will resolve technical issues, validate integrations, and document rollouts. Additionally, you will manage merchant onboarding across various IT platforms, internal departments, and external partners, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of solutions. You will provide Level 2 support, assist with testing and validation, and collaborate with both Pre-Sales and internal teams to enhance the customer experience. This role requires up to 40% travel to support customer deployments and solutions. There may also be on-call duties (OCD) as needed to provide support outside regular working hours. Fluency in Italian is required to effectively communicate with clients and partners in various regions. Key competencies to empower your journey. You'll drive towards success if you have : Technical Proficiency : Expertise in Oracle Opera, Simphony, web services, APIs, and integration methodologies. Troubleshooting : Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues and challenges. Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Customer Service Focus : Strong commitment to delivering high-quality support and service. Team Collaboration : Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Adaptability : Flexibility to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment and willingness to take on new challenges. Software and skills : Technical Skills : Proficiency with Oracle Opera, Simphony, and related products; experience with Pax Suite and MDM MaxStore is a plus. Troubleshooting : Expertise in resolving technical issues, debugging, and validating system integrations. Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in managing stakeholder expectations and providing customer support. Time Management : Ability to handle competing priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure efficient service delivery. Teamwork : Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams to meet objectives. Customer Service : Ability to manage customer expectations and provide excellent support and solutions. Business Knowledge / Educational Background Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience in technical payments and integrated payment solutions. Technical Knowledge : Proficient in Oracle Opera, Simphony, and related products; experience with Pax Suite and MDM MaxStore is a plus. Certifications : Oracle certification preferred. Skills : Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities; in-depth understanding of web services and APIs. Industry Knowledge : Experience in the payments, POS, or Tax-Free industries is beneficial. Languages : Fluency in Italian is required for effective communication with diverse clients and partners. Travel Availability : Willingness to travel up to 40% and be available for on-call duties (OCD) as needed.
