Responsibilities
* Handle technical support requests via chat, phone, email, and ticketing system.
* Diagnose and resolve issues on Windows, Mac, and Linux systems.
* Provide support for video conferencing systems and AV equipment.
* Accurately document all interactions.
* Work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Minimum Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in onsite IT support (helpdesk or desk-side).
* Experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux in a corporate environment.
* High school diploma.
* Associate degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science.
* Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong commitment to quality and multitasking.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Certifications: Microsoft MCSE/MCITP, ITIL Foundation.
* Advanced Linux system administration skills.
* Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms.
* Strong troubleshooting skills for complex systems.
* Working hours: 40 hours per week
