Job Responsibilities
* Implement commissioning work for utility-scale BESS in strict accordance with the project commissioning schedule and quality standards, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the BESS after commissioning.
* Organize and participate in the on-site commissioning process of utility BESS, representing the company to coordinate with relevant parties and promote the smooth implementation of all commissioning links.
* Coordinate internal and external resources to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising during the debugging, testing and commissioning of utility BESS, ensuring the commissioning progress is not affected.
* Promote and complete the handover and acceptance procedures of the utility BESS project with the client, ensuring that all commissioning indicators meet the project requirements and customer expectations.
* Provide professional operation and maintenance training to customer technical and O&M personnel on utility BESS systems and related products, helping customers master the correct use and daily maintenance skills.
Job Qualifications
* College degree or above, major in electrical engineering, electronics, automation or related fields; solid professional background in electrical engineering.
* Strong hands-on execution and on-site problem-solving capabilities, able to deal with various technical problems in utility BESS commissioning.
* Proficient in using standard office software for document preparation, data sorting and commissioning report writing related to utility BESS.
* Hands-on experience in utility-scale BESS commissioning, integration or on-site technical support is highly preferred.
* Professional working proficiency in Chinese or English, capable of daily communication, technical coordination and reading/writing of utility BESS-related technical documents.
