You will be part of a young, "natively digital" environment focused on technological experimentation.Key Responsibilities- Conduct proactive research into new AI solutions and emerging market technologies.- You will be responsible for creating Proof of Concepts (PoC), testing identified solutions, and managing their sharing and integration into business processes.- Provide technical support to AI figures and internal stakeholders across Finance, Claims, IT, and Underwriting, optimizing existing workflows through advanced modeling.Key Requirements- At least 2-3 years in similar roles (AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Scientist).- Strong technical competence in AI architectures and Machine Learning models.- Mastery of Python and its primary data manipulation libraries.- Proven experience in training "smart" libraries and implementing solutions based on LLMs and Generative AI.- Experience working within agile, cross-functional teams to deliver result-oriented technical solutions.
