Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Outlet Manager to join our team at Constance Ephelia, Seychelles. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our outlets, ensuring the highest standards of service excellence and operational efficiency. You will be a visible and approachable presence on the outlet floors during service, actively engaging with guests and team members alike. Your leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to customer satisfaction will be instrumental in driving the success of our outlets and creating memorable experiences for our guests. - Supervise and manage all daily outlet operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures - Maintain a visible presence on the outlet floors during service periods, demonstrating commitment to operational excellence and guest satisfaction - Solicit and actively listen to guest feedback, addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure outstanding service delivery - Handle guest issues and complaints with empathy and decisiveness, implementing appropriate solutions to maintain guest satisfaction and loyalty - Lead, motivate, and develop outlet staff through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management - Recruit, induct, and train team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment - Manage outlet budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures without compromising service quality - Oversee inventory management, stock control, and ordering procedures to ensure optimal resource utilisation - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary - Analyse operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring strategic intervention - Collaborate with other departments and senior management to align outlet operations with organisational objectives and strategic goals - Conduct regular staff appraisals, provide constructive feedback, and support career progression opportunities - Maintain transparent communication with team members and management, ensuring clarity on expectations and organisational changes Qualifications* Required Qualifications &, Experience: * - Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, outlet management, or hospitality industry - Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification - Formal training or professional certification in hospitality management, hotel operations, or related field - Proven expertise in guest relations and service excellence delivery - Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, recruitment, and performance management - Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control - Outstanding communication and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships - Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving in fast-paced environments - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data and make informed decisions - Resilience and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and operational demands - Experience with hospitality management systems and point-of-sale technology - Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality sector - Experience in modelling and forecasting operational performance - Multilingual capabilities (French, Italian etc), particularly beneficial in an international resort environment - Demonstrated track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational innovation Additional InformationWORK WITH CONSTANCE Join a team where well-being, career development, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. - We believe in continuous learning and growth to help our teams achieve their full potential. - A strong family spirit is part of our identity, we support and care for one another. - We offer international career opportunities, allowing you to develop within a renowned luxury hospitality group. - Our passion for luxury hospitality is reflected in every detail of the guest experience. - We are committed to environmental and societal contributions, integrating sustainability into everything we do.
