Join Our Team as a Global Product Information Manager in Milan!
Are you passionate about product information management and eager to lead and innovate? We are looking for a dynamic Global PIM Manager to join our headquarters in Milan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the PIM Roadmap and Data Quality Governance with local commercial teams.
* Oversee data model governance and act as the focal point for product data master management.
* Represent our company in the ETIM committee.
* Support and participate in internal projects utilizing product data (e.g., CableApp, B2B, web catalogue, data platform, SAP integration).
* Collaborate with the Global Key Account on PIM-related initiatives and customer visits.
* Engage with the Prysmian Sustainability Team to enhance data exchange with customers.
* Stay updated on market standards like BIM, DPP, ETIM, CPR.
* Attend relevant events to stay ahead in product data management.
* Support the PIM team in maintaining the control center, analyzing, testing, and implementing enhancements.
* Gather user feedback to ensure correct implementation of product management principles.
* Manage documentation, manuals, presentations, and user training materials.
* Set and lead the data model governance framework to maintain data integrity.
* Collaborate with R&D to harmonize the PIM data model.
* Act as project manager for syndication projects, facilitating product data exchange and leading change management.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Knowledge of Product Information Management Systems or R&D Systems.
* Preferably familiar with SAP/Integration skills.
* Preferably experienced in Project Management methodologies (PMO, COBIT, Agile).
* Proficiency in English is mandatory.
* Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
