Ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liHandles the technical service at the premises of the final customer; /li liService, maintenance, repair, testing and calibration of complex equipment aslo with minimum supervision; /li liReport issues of the final customer; /li liSupport requests from customers or partners. /li /ul h3Duties /h3 ul liPerforms the service at the customer’s premises based on instructions received by the Service planner and the results of the service must be shared internally using the work report and the Fusion enterprise system; /li liThrough the switchboard, receiving phone calls for service requests from the customer or partner. identifying and associating the reference machine to the customer/partner using FUSION and opening the resulting ticket; /li liDomestic and international travel /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liFive years Industrial Technical diploma with Mechanical / Electrical emphasis; /li liTraining courses on handling service over the phone / remotely. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liHands on experience with troubleshooting and repairing machinery; /li liInterpret/read electrical and mechanical drawings, manufacturer guidelines, reference manuals and instruction guides; /li liWork with suppliers to resolve technical issues at customer sites; /li liPracticed technical competences (electrical and mechanical) on equipment produced and installed; /li liPracticed validation competences with reporting according to legislation on equipment produced and installed; /li liMS Office Suit and FUSION company enterprise system. /li /ul h3Relational skills /h3 ul liHaving careful and active listening; with the patience necessary to listen to people all the way to the bottom, able to communicate the opinions of others, even when not in agreement; /li liProblem Solving using a rigorous logic and a precise method in order to solve difficult problems using effective solutions; probing all useful sources to find answers; being able to identify hidden problems and having excellent analytical skills to look beyond the obvious, never stopping at the first answer; /li liAttention to the customer: dedicated to satisfying customer expectations and requests, obtaining information first hand and using it to improve product/service; acting in consideration of customers, establishing and maintaining effective relations with customers and allowing Comecer to gain their respect. /li liFollow customer’s plant and safety regulations while at their facility. /li /ul h3Language skills /h3 ul liGood/great knowledge of English, both written and spoken; /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liFrom 2 to 5 years of experience as travelling technician or with remote technical service. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
