Who we arePVJets is a leading company in the private aviation sector, specializing exclusively in private jet charter services for HNWI clients, family offices and international corporations.With more than 10 years of experience and a consolidated reputation within the European Business Aviation Association and the National Business Aviation Association, we manage over 1,000 charter flights per year across more than 80 countries, delivering 24/7 operational excellence and premium service standards.With operational offices in Milan we are currently operating internationally and are looking for an Ads Specialist with strong technical expertise in performance marketing, capable of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns and working closely with our internal marketing team.This role requires a highly analytical and technical profile, focused on data, conversions, and performance.The position is office-based in Milan, working directly with the marketing team and management.The RoleThe Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing and scaling paid media campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.The role requires a professional capable of analyzing competitors, identifying high-performing keywords, optimizing pay‐per‐click campaigns, and improving conversion performance across the entire marketing funnel.The candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager, developers and the internal marketing team to continuously improve campaign results and lead generation performance.Key Responsibilities Management and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube)Management and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns (lead generation, conversion campaigns and retargeting)Advanced keyword research and search intent analysis to improve campaign performanceCompetitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize bidding strategiesContinuous optimization of PPC campaigns to maximize conversion rate and reduce acquisition costMonitoring and improvement of KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS and conversion rateStructuring and optimizing acquisition funnels and remarketing strategiesImplementation and monitoring of tracking systems (GA4, Tag Manager, Pixels, Conversion API)A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences and landing pagesCollaborate with the internal marketing team to improve landing page performance and campaign resultsPreparation of periodic performance reports and data-driven optimization strategies Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a technical Ads specialist, not a generic marketing profile.The ideal candidate has strong experience in pay‐per‐click advertising, keyword strategy, conversion optimization and performance analysis.The role requires a professional capable of working directly on campaigns, analyzing data and continuously improving acquisition performance.Requirements Strong experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search and Performance Max in particular)Advanced knowledge of keyword research and PPC optimization strategiesExperience analyzing competitors and search market dynamicsStrong understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation strategiesExperience monitoring KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rateExperience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager and conversion tracking systemsStrong analytical and data‐driven mindsetAbility to work closely with developers and marketing teamsGood command of English Preferred Qualifications Experience working in performance-driven environmentsExperience in lead generation or high-value service industriesFamiliarity with CRM and marketing automation toolsExperience improving conversion performance of landing pagesPosition based in Milan office, working with the internal marketing teamStrategic role with direct impact on company growthDynamic international environment focused on performance and results ApplicationPlease send: Examples of campaigns managed or performance results achieved #J-18808-Ljbffr
