Compensation & Benefits:In line with our commitment to transparency and people development, the Gross Annual Salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €23,000 and €25,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and skills, and will be prorated according to the working hours specified in the employment contract. The position is offered under a fixed-term employment contract and is covered by the 'CCNL Commercio e Terziario' (National Collective Labor Agreement for the Commerce and Services Sector), alongside a benefits package that includes meal vouchers, wellbeing initiatives (including Wellhub), and growth opportunities.
