Calling All Awesome Marketing Interns!!!
We are looking for a LinkedIn-focused Lead Generation Apprentice Intern to support outbound prospecting, content scheduling, and ICP list building. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach, B2B lead generation, and structured sales prospecting.
The program is a 3-month remote internship, during which you will assist in fulfilling various digital marketing tasks for your mentioned business for 10 hours per week. This is an unpaid program whose end goal is to provide students with a higher chance of getting hired in the digital marketing space after completing our apprenticeship program.

Key Responsibilities1. LinkedIn Outreach & Lead GenerationSend daily LinkedIn connection requests and personalized DMs to a defined ICP listEngage with target accounts by liking, commenting, and interacting with their postsSupport outbound messaging efforts to generate qualified leads and conversations2. Content SupportSchedule approved LinkedIn posts using publishing toolsDraft post captions based on provided content briefsPerform basic engagement on company posts to support visibility3. ICP List Building & Data ManagementBuild and maintain a high-quality ICP lead list using:LinkedIn searchAAA member directoriesEvent attendee listsAdd and organize qualified contacts into a lead tracking system for daily outreachEnsure data accuracy and consistent updates to the pipeline
What We're Looking For?Strong familiarity with LinkedIn (required)Ideally some experience with LinkedIn outreach or lead generationStrong attention to detail and research skillsComfortable with daily repetitive execution (DMs, tracking, updates)Good written communication for short outreach messages
