Role Overview
You will work on projects supporting our Italian and international customers. Your responsibilities include:
Project support during all phases of the software development life cycle (remote or onsite)
Configuration, specification, and implementation of solutions according to client requirements
Managing the acceptance of software solutions with regard to functionality and quality, collaborating with internal and external colleagues
Building relationships with clients and identifying potential new business opportunities
Supporting Sales during project acquisition
Conducting fit‑gap analysis to assess solution suitability for customer requirements
Supporting functional specification activities with product demonstrations, translating user requirements into change specifications, and transferring functional knowledge to the technical team
Advising and training customers on Werum’s PAS‑X MES software
Profile
A degree in IT, Computer Science, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, or a related field
Minimum of one year of experience in the life sciences industry with large‑scale applications
Understanding of the software project life cycle and experience with MES software, ideally Werum’s PAS‑X MES and other Körber Pharma solutions
Excellent understanding of GMP/GAMP principles
Strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients and larger groups
Strong team player, capable of taking on different roles within a team
Dynamic personality, strong analytical skills, hands‑on approach
Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is a plus
Willingness to travel mainly within Italy and abroad
A valid driver’s license is required
