Italian speaking Sales Representative Main Responsibilities:
• Represent the company's products and services using consumer research and in-depth knowledge of how our solutions meet customers' needs
• Work closely with the Branch Manager and operational staff to stay updated on the branch's situation
• Provide excellent customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Identify prospects
• Schedule appointments to visit existing and potential customers
• Develop and implement a territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques as needed
• Make effective qualifying sales calls
• Manage the sales cycle to close new business
• Prepare concise and accurate reports, sales materials, proposals, presentations, booking packages, and other required documentation
• Update customers on new services and promotions
• Analyse the branch's performance data to understand the current market and identify opportunities
• Maintain frequent communication with customers to understand their issues
• Propose solutions to customers' problems
• Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure quotas are being met and company standards are upheld
• Achieve sales goals, including weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas, by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics
Italian speaking Sales Representative Ideal Candidate:
• At least 3 years' experience in sales within the freight forwarding industry
• Good knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken (Japanese language would be a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• A driving licence is not essential but would be a plus
• Open-minded, confident, loyal, hard-working, and passionate, with a desire to continually learn and improve
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
