Work in our Europe central technological team to design, develop and test new technologies automated solutions to improve our Europe plants Assembly and Logistic processes from Laboratory (POC/trial) to Shop-floor (Pilot/Final project) with a digital mindset to transfer to the plant organizations eager to enhance a technical background and the business insight with solid process solutions linked to lean manufacturing concepts
Your responsibilities will include
* Support and define equipment technical specializations and evaluate technical options (PLC/Robot/Autonomous Mobile Robot/Vision system)
* Perform test in our laboratory following guideline coming from our technical process Leader (called SME)
* Improve technological background and evaluate alternative in assembly/materials delivery processes
* Dialogue with technical suppliers and align central/plant organization to suggest common & harmonized automated technology strategy
* Scout & keep automation STD tool introduction & enhancement (e.g. simulation VR/AR/PLC & Robot & AMR language / AI tool)
* Support development and implementation project for new technologies automation approach and maintenance
* Support Home appliances Product group (Laundry / Cooking / Refrigeration/ Dishwashing) to validate new layout/solutions in assembly process
* Estimate the investment, maintenance cost for technical and automation solutions
* Currently studying in a Master’s degree in Electronics, Software, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering or equivalent
* Eligible for a full-time curricular internship for at least 6 months (Please check with your university first)
* Fluent in Italian and good knowledge in English
* Technical knowledge in Software development acumen, PLC / robot knowledge, CAD 2D/3D, AI algorithm, industrial Simulation tool (VR)
