* DIRECT PLACEMENT
The Property Manager is a dynamic position that will provide key office support in all areas of property management. They will manage the day-to-day operations of the community and have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service.
* Manage & operate the property within the financial guidelines.
* Oversee marketing, maintenance, retention strategies, and communications.
* Work closely with the Regional Manager to oversee interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and supervision of all community staff.
* Set rental rates, oversee collections, and handle financial duties (budgeting, deposits, reporting, etc.).
* Approve & submit invoices from all service providers.
* Maintain knowledge of the competition.
* Handle all escalated concerns.
* Walk the property daily to identify maintenance and resident issues.
* Ensure regular and predictable attendance with a professional appearance and attitude.
* Process all forms, reports, and administrative information efficiently and timely.
* Be creative within budget constraints.
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus and attention to detail.
* Connect effectively with long-term residents.
* Experience with Resman / Knock online system preferred.
* CRM or ARM certification preferred.
* Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
