NTU is currently leading a consortium under a Multiple Framework Contract with the European Commission focused on high-level advisory services related to digital government, ICT strategy, digital policy, and public sector transformation. To support future assignments under this framework, we are expanding our pool of Digital Government and GovTech experts across the European Union.Digital government and digital transformation strategiesDevelopment of digital public services and GovTech solutionsInteroperability and digital architecture advisoryPolicy and regulatory analysis related to EU digital initiatives8+ years of experience in digital government, ICT advisory, or public sector digital transformation~ Expertise in areas such as digital public services, interoperability, GovTech, or digital strategy~ Advanced degree in public policy, ICT, digital governance, economics, or related fields~ Fluency in English is required.
