Position: Talent Acquisition Manager For a prestigious luxury hotel group with a focus on the Luxury Lifestyle, Adecco Italia SpA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager. The successful candidate will manage the entire recruitment and selection process, from job analysis with department managers to onboarding new hires. They will also lead employer branding initiatives to promote the company's image and values externally and internally, aiming to build lasting relationships with key talent communities. Main Responsibilities: Define recruitment strategies and manage the recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interviews, onboarding) Identify and implement innovative Talent Acquisition strategies to attract top candidates Support new hires during the initial phase to ensure quick integration Lead employer branding efforts to promote company values and enhance internal engagement Participate in career days, networking events, and other initiatives to improve local positioning Organize staff training programs Requirements: Degree in Humanistic Studies or a Master’s in HR At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality sector Excellent command of the English language Work Location: Costa Smeralda, Arzachena (Sassari) Offer: Direct employment with the company, permanent contract.
