Junior financial controller (remote)

As the group continues to grow, we are looking for a Junior / Mid Financial Controller to strengthen our finance function and support the development of financial processes across the business. We are looking for a motivated and analytical finance professional who wants to grow in an international and entrepreneurial environment. Working closely with the CFO and supporting different business functions, you will contribute to financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and performance monitoring across the group. Support preparation of financial reports and business performance analysis Monitor KPIs and contribute to management reporting Work alongside finance and operational teams on planning initiatives Support cash flow tracking and financial planning activities Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields Around 1–4 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, Audit or similar finance roles Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reports xivgfpx Professional proficiency in English Experience in services, travel, hospitality, real estate or fast-growing businesses Knowledge of French or other languages Freelance collaboration with Partita IVA Flexibility to work from Milan, Lugano or remotely Direct exposure to finance and business decision-making Per questa posizione sono disponibili opzioni di lavoro da remoto/a casa.
