Partner with the best You will be a shop supervisor in the maintenance cell, responsible for analyzing machine malfunctions and collaborating with managers and contractors. As a Shop Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for: - Coordinating and verifying the job of external Contractors. - Diagnosing breakdown problems and handle emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs. - Ensuring compliance with regulations and improve health, safety, and environmental (HSE) performance. - Providing timely feedback to the Maintenance manager and act as the first point of contact for machine failures. - Utilizing the IBM Maximo software to manage work orders and maintain a computerized maintenance management system. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: - Possess the ability to read equipment manuals, understand technical drawings, access PLC ladder and ISO language programs, and manage projects with OEMs. - Have the ability to read equipment manuals and also understand technical drawings.
