PpOur Customer is a prestigious and structured Multinational Company, operating in the sector of design, production, maintenance and marketing of complex components and systems for the Aeronautical field. /p pFor an increase in the Customer Support Department, it has entrusted us with the selection of the Maintenance On Site Customer Support Manager – Aeronautical Propulsion - Kuwait / Italy. /p pThe resource will be responsible for managing and overseeing the maintenance activities, will manage on shore and off shore contracts, maximizing Company Targets in terms of cost, margin, and revenues, while ensuring Customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be a representative of the Company and act on behalf of the Military Consortium in liaising with the Customer for any service issues. /p pThe resource will be located in the customer premises in Kuwait for an extended period (2-3 years), then return to Italy and will be able to continue his professional career within the Corporate Group, at the sites in Italy. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pManage the on site team at all levels, also caring about its growth and development. /p pManage and oversee the maintenance activities performed by the Company on site team. /p pOversee and manage the provisions of all Technical and Logistic activities through the on site team. /p pLiaise and participate at operational / functional meetings with Customer. /p pContinuously identify opportunities for improvement and service enhancement. /p pEnsure compliance to relevant airworthiness regulation specifications (Technical Airworthiness Authority). /p pSupervise and ensure EHS compliance of the Kuwait propulsion facility and raise any maintenance requirements. /p pRaise and monitor any quality issues affecting Operations and implement any subsequent mitigating action related to Quality Management. /p pManage all required documentation related to the deployment of the team. /p pIssue and control all relevant documentation within local Operations. /p pSupport and integrate the Engine Field Service activities as necessary. /p h3Act as Certifying Staff as necessary /h3 pManage on shore and off shore contracts, using program management principles to achieve company targets. /p pMonitor and report program performance, including cost, margin, and revenues. /p pUtilize SAP for program management and reporting. /p h3Requirements /h3 pBachelor’s degree in Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering or a high school diploma with previous solid experience in maintenance activities on aircraft propulsion systems or similar engine types. /p pGood knowledge of service and Customer operational needs. /p pCapable of Technical Reporting. /p pGood knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and working around aircraft. /p pGood knowledge of contract commitments and implications on KPI’s. /p pBasic knowledge of availability service and balance with inventory and cost. /p pExcellent communication and persuasion skills at all levels. /p pStrong ability to influence others and lead small teams. /p pGood knowledge of airworthiness / flight safety regulations and compliance. /p pBasic understanding of Fleet Management, modelling, forecasting and reporting. /p pExcellent problem solving skills. /p pFluent written and spoken Italian and English. /p pWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required. /p pEligible for NATO Security Clearance. /p h3Basic knowledge of SAP /h3 pUnderstanding of billing concepts and program management principles including cost, margin, and revenue Desired Characteristics. /p pExperience in multinational / multicultural environment. /p pGood communication skills. /p pLocation: Kuwait / Italy. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
