Position OverviewFor our Corporate Business Operations Planning function, we are currently looking for a
Junior Business Operations Planner,
based at the
Arese Site.The Resource will be developed with the final aim of playing a crucial role within the Organization, ensuring a steady flow of information between the
Sales Team
and
Manufacturing Sites
and vice versa, dealing with
all Company functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesForecastingIn support of the Direct Manager, the Resource has to define trends and demand patterns, challenge the
European Sales Team
with the final aim of
improving forecast accuracy,
ensuring good input for
Supply Planning activities .Demand Planning – Qualiano and IBIC SitesStarting from the
Sales Forecast
and capturing intercompany requirements, build up a
mid-term production plan, considering the available manufacturing capacity.Management of External TollersManage the flows, in SAP and with other Company functions, between sites and external tollers.
Qualifications1 years' experience;Fluent English (both written and spoken);Knowledge of the Office package (focus on Excel) and good IT skills;Degree in Economics, Management, or Management Engineering;Proactivity and determination;Predisposition to teamwork and interpersonal relationships;Results-driven;Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
