We seek a professional who will develop and apply engineering standards and procedures, providing advice on issues within the engineering field. In this role, you will help coordinate plant location, personnel work flow and ergonomics, materials logistics, production process sequence and equipment layouts. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liHelp manufacturing plant and facilities engineers with facility planning and design. /li liHelp conduct cost/inventory/production control and human factors studies to develop and implement plans for facility modifications and revise operating methods. /li liEstablish methods to maximise use of production facilities and personnel. /li liIndependently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. /li liDeliver training to operational staff to ensure proper understanding and application of manufacturing processes and standard s. /li liOther duties as assigned. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering. /li liMinimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience.
