Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and structured F&B Manager to join our team at Mangia's Sardinia Resort - Marriott Brand, located in Santa Teresa Gallura, Sardinia. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the Food & Beverage department, ensuring operational excellence, team engagement, and guest satisfaction through strategic planning and daily supervision.Responsibilities Define and implement the master operational plan based on occupancy forecasts and group pricingLead daily afternoon briefings with department heads to align on service priorities and challengesFoster a culture of belonging and motivation aligned with Mangia's service philosophyEnsure seamless interdepartmental communication to support operational flowSupervise daily F&B operations, including staffing, cleanliness, and service standardsMonitor guest experience and satisfaction across all touchpointsConduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and service deliveryInitiate improvement projects to elevate quality and efficiencyManage cost control activities including budgeting, forecasting, and expense trackingSubmit reports and performance updates to senior managementOversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and compliance with health and safety regulationsImplement upselling strategies and pricing policies to optimize revenueEnsure documentation and licensing are up to date and aligned with internal processesRequirements Proven experience in F&B management within upscale or luxury hospitality environmentsStrong leadership and organizational skillsAbility to manage cross-functional teams and drive performanceKnowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesFluency in Italian and English; French is a plusPassion for service excellence and continuous improvementWhat we offer Seasonal contractCareer growth opportunities within the companyDynamic and collaborative work environmentOngoing training and access to professional development courses.
