Our IT Support Engineers work behind the scenes to troubleshoot issues and improve our systems, ensuring that our IT infrastructure supports our global business demands. You will work with the latest technology and learn from leaders shaping the future of warehouse environments. Key job responsibilities Support end-user equipment and IT infrastructure within your building Assist with network projects, including the setup of new Amazon facilities Recommend process improvements for IT use in operational sites Train and mentor IT technicians A day in the life You’ll work on-site, traveling to other operational sites as needed. Your role involves supporting colleagues remotely and on-site, maintaining and enhancing IT infrastructure, and contributing to new site launches. Daily tasks may include troubleshooting incidents, developing new IT processes, and mentoring team members, fostering your career development. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS CVs submitted in English Degree in computer science or a related technical field Experience managing heterogeneous networks with Windows and Linux clients and servers Experience with networking infrastructure, system integration, and vendor collaboration Valid driver’s license Proficiency in English and the local language PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preferred qualifications are not mandatory but include: Industry certifications such as ITIL, Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), Microsoft (MCP, MCSE), or Linux (LPIC-1, LPIC-2) Experience in diagnostics and problem-solving Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environments Knowledge of network and internet protocols, security protocols, and network management Experience with IT asset management, purchasing, or WLAN Amazon values diversity and is an equal opportunities employer.
