Hayward, CA, USA — $24 per hour — Posted on Jun 9, 2026 The Role You will be a Warehouse Specialist supporting the Chicago market operation, handling inbound, outbound, inventory, and fulfillment operations to ensure products are processed through our fulfillment center with operational efficiency and accuracy. This is an in‐person role at our Hayward fulfillment center. Shift hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Required Attributes Resilient Quickly adapts to change and maintains a positive attitude to ensure ongoing success. Ideal Experience Experience in warehouse roles such as inbound, outbound, inventory, or fulfillment. Experience utilizing warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklift. Experience using warehouse management systems, Google Suite, e‐commerce, and fulfillment platforms (Shopify & ShipStation) to execute fulfillment responsibilities. Food and beverage industry experience. Parcel and LTL shipping experience. Role Goals Achieve an inventory audit score at or above 98.5% by the end of each month, measured by weekly inventory audits to ensure our team processes product accurately through our fulfillment center, impacting fill rate and market profitability. Achieve a hard error percentage of 2% or lower by the end of each month, measured by performance reporting in Tableau from quality investigations, impacting fill rate and market profitability.
