A one-of-a-kind company in the industry interpreting the identity of each of the brands in its portfolio.With thirty years of experience, which started with Diesel Kid and grew with the junior line of Dsquared2, Marni Kids and most recent N21 Kid fashion brand, Brave Kid has become a global leader in the childrenswear market, capable of interpreting each brand’s unique identity, and transforming it into high-quality collections.Thanks to a structure based primarily on highly qualified specialists, particularly in design and product development, Brave Kid promotes and respects the uniqueness of each brand, transforming it in junior collections that reflect it, and at the same time providing its partners an incredible know-how in distribution and, more broadly, in the worldwide kidswear market.The brands produced and sold by Brave Kid are distributed in over 50 countries and 1,000 points of sale in key department stores and leading specialized stores across Europe, America and Asia.Already counting on a strong wholesale distribution base, the company is studying the retail development of some of the brands it manages, to further establish their presence and visibility all around the world.Main activities and responsibilities:Pre-season- Work closely with Retail merchandising office in defining seasonal brief highlighting regional needs and opportunities.- Implement Brand Strategy following merchandising inputs on product selection and key stories/concepts to push.- Defining the European buying strategy for related Collections also collaborating with Regional Planning on building seasonal plan by collection/store.- Execute category buying by size based on merchandising inputs, seasonal budget and historical analysis. Define initial order and Open to Buy by Store.- Build the European collection structure and product workflow.In-season- Work with Visual Merchandising Team to ensure visual guidelines represent the EU Seasonal Buy, pushing key investment pieces- Prepare training documents for Stores explaining the buying Strategy and key messages of the season.- Analyze collection performances and activate prompt recovery plan if needed.- Presence in the market to identify new competitors and missed-opportunities.
