Key Responsibilities: Lead and Inspire: Supervise a team of call center associates, ensuring their work and attendance align with organizational policies. Coach to Sales Success: Regularly coach team members to meet and exceed performance metrics. Achieve Excellence: Ensure our services meet contractual KPIs and financial targets. Communicate and Update: Set clear expectations and provide timely updates to your team.
