Lead Consultant
Job Summary
To lead or be part of the project team to develop or implement solutions/products according to client requirements within defined parameters of time and quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and develop new tools as per client requirements and customize existing tools.
2. Lead the technical design, ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices, while determining the optimal configuration of modules, databases, interfaces, and integrations to support business processes.
3. Prepare capability presentations, assessments, and proposals.
4. Coordinate project management activities such as creating project plans, allocating resources, and coordinating activities among team members and stakeholders.
5. Support the professional growth and development of consulting team members through training and mentorship.
