She/he is responsible of the coordination of non-routine Quality Attributes and Critical Quality Attributes testing to support multiple GSK product manufacturing sites, primarily Rosia and Parma sites, with different processes. /ppbIn this role, you will: /b /pulliAssess the lab needs to satisfy analytical support and ensure the successful methods transfer from other part of the organization (RD, QC), including methodology, instrumentation, data processing and performance. Lead analytical method development /qualification when needed. /liliLead a team of analytical specialists, providing guidance, training, and support. Responsible for hiring and training staff, managing performance, and fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. /liliProvide technical leadership to the laboratory team. Responsible for troubleshooting analytical issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring that the analytical capabilities (resources, equipment, methods…) are used effectively. /liliManage the budget for the laboratory's activities. This involves planning and forecasting costs, monitoring expenditure, and making financial decisions that balance cost-effectiveness with the lab needs. /liliEnsure the flexibility of manpower workforce to achieve customer satisfaction and cost targets in the short, medium terms in managing downsizings and / or headcount increases for his /her service. /liliFoster motivation and development of the whole staff through adequate performance management, feedback, coaching, training, and communication. Ensure that people remain state of the art in terms of science and technology in their fields of expertise. /liliCommunicate with various stakeholders, including laboratory staff, senior management, and vendors.
