Overview
For our Moncler Worldwide Warehouse Department we are looking for a person joining the Warehouse Operations Control team based in Castel San Giovanni (PC).
Your Impact
As part of the HQ logistics team, you will hold a corporate position, working closely with key departments to ensure the consistent execution of HQ logistics operations.
Responsibilities
* Analyze warehouse stock levels to maximize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
* Monitor and control inventory and logistics volumes, ensuring data accuracy and precision.
* Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
* Collect and analyze operational data to create periodic reports and identify areas for improving and implementing corrective solutions.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient flow of information and materials across different business functions.
Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or similar.
* Good knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Power BI and SQL is a plus.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Analytical mindset, acute attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvement.
* Strong curiosity for data and problem-solving.
* Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
* A positive, engaging and creative approach to work in cross-functional teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Interested in Logistics operations in Fashion & Luxury industry and knowledgeable about warehouse operating processes. Attract individuals with strong problem-solving skills.
