As SAP Plant Maintenance & Quality Management Senior Analyst, you will help ensure that Prysmian’s plants around the world can run reliably, safely, and with high quality standards, supported by strong digital solutions.
On a day‑to‑day basis, you will:
1. Support and continuously improve the digital tools used by plants to manage maintenance activities and quality controls
2. Act as a key point of contact between plant users and IT delivery teams, translating operational needs into effective system solutions
3. Ensure SAP applications supporting maintenance execution and quality inspections work smoothly and consistently across regions
4. Analyze requests, incidents, and improvement opportunities, helping prioritize and deliver the right solutions
5. Take part in global rollouts, enhancements, and upgrades, supporting testing, training, and go‑live activities
6. Collaborate daily with international stakeholders, gaining exposure to different plants, processes, and operational realities
7. Contribute to a continuously evolving digital landscape, where SAP is the foundation but innovation and integration with new technologies are encouraged
Your work will directly support plant reliability, product quality, and operational efficiency across Prysmian’s global footprint.
Your Background
You bring a strong mix of functional SAP expertise, business understanding, and collaboration skills, with a mindset open to change and innovation.
8. At least 5 years of experience working with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM), ideally on S/4HANA
9. Solid understanding of maintenance processes (preventive and corrective maintenance, spare parts) and quality processes (inspections, controls, certificates)
10. Experience providing functional support, handling incidents, and improving system usability
11. Strong ability to work with business stakeholders, understand their needs, and translate them into practical solutions
12. Exposure to global or multi‑plant environments, with appreciation for standardization and harmonization
13. Familiarity with SAP master data, configuration, and integration with other modules
14. Comfortable operating in international, evolving contexts, including travel (20% of the time)
15. Fluent English, written and spoken
