Responsibilities:
* Back office & client relations: invoicing, project documentation and administration, credit collection
* HR Management: payroll (with external provider), employee onboarding/offboarding, reporting to accounting, HR-related questions, training reporting (YOUNIVERSITY)
* Administrative Support: office and project supplies, process optimization, fleet management, contract preparation, VISA and expat topics
Requirements:
* Master’s degree in Economics or equivalent
* Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and Excel (including Pivot Tables)
* Motivation to work in a consulting firm with a unique model
* Fluency in Italian and English
