I AM UNICO, a company specialized in creating exclusive, tailor-made experiences in the luxury travel sector, is looking for a DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST, with the goal of implementing the brand's global digital strategy, ensuring consistency between luxury positioning, performance marketing and brand identity.The role will work in close synergy with the Head of Communication, sharing the coordination of an external marketing agency, ensuring execution quality, KPI control and compliance with strategic guidelines.
The search is exclusively aimed at professionals with at least 3–4 years of experience in Luxury, Travel and Tourism contexts or internationally positioned premium brands.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
1. Operational SEO KnowledgeWebsite content optimization (title, meta description, H1–H6)Basic technical SEO (redirects, sitemap, site speed)Content publishing on a CMS (e.g., WordPress)Website copy review with an SEO focus
2. Social Content ManagementDefinition, in agreement with the Head of Communication, of the content strategy for institutional communication channelsCreation of a social editorial plan (Instagram, LinkedIn): production of high perceived-value content for social media, with an elegant, distinctive tone of voice consistent with the brand identity. Knowledge of formats (posts, reels, stories, carousel)Basic graphic design knowledge (e.g., using Canva or Adobe)Basic photo and video editing
3. Website ManagementUpdating and autonomous management of the website in WordPressCreation and updating of pages, landing pages and blog articles, with attention to structure, UX and the enhancement of visual content.Interface with developers for technical changes
4. Knowledge of Paid CampaignsCreation of Google and META Ads campaignsMonitoring CPC, CPA, conversionsAd optimization
5. Data AnalysisCreation of monthly reportsKPI monitoring: traffic, lead generation, conversion rate
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSEducation and ExperienceDegree in communication, marketing, social media and digital marketingProven experience of at least 3/4 years in similar roles in Travel and Tourism, Luxury, Premium Travel/Hospitality brands, or internationally positioned Premium Brands.
Language SkillsFluent English (written and spoken) – B2/C1 levelOther languages are a significant plus
