Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and a full set of design documentation for luxury villas.
- Design complex facade solutions, selecting innovative materials and detailing joints.
- Present and coordinate design proposals directly with the company Director and General Manager for approval.
- Manage the internal design process: delegate tasks to other specialists (structural engineers, MEP engineers), and control project timelines and quality.
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using Revit or ArchiCAD.
- Conduct site supervision to ensure the project is built exactly according to the design specifications.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional architectural experience, with a significant portion in a Project Architect or Senior Architect leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Autocad, REVIT, Sketch UP
- Detail-Oriented with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with design teams and other departments.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction processes and material.
- High level of Attention to Detail and commitment to quality.
