We are looking for a check-in assistant for luxury villas.
Clientele: 90% international.
Accommodation with a shared kitchen is provided. Driving license required for the 2026 summer season (6 months, from May to October), 6 days per week.
Minimum salary: €1200 per month for 6 days per week / 8 hours per day.
Schedule: Flexible
Days: Flexible, from Monday to Sunday.

25 km west of Santa Teresa (about 20 minutes by car)
15 minutes from Aglientu
30 minutes from Tempio Pausania
45 minutes from Arzachena
75 minutes from Olbia
Candidates do not need prior experience but must speak fluent English. They should be friendly, confident, patient, precise, and respectful toward guests, colleagues, and management.
They must be helpful, have strong professional and personal ethics, and show good problem-solving skills.
Main duties:
- Check-ins (meet guests 1 km from the Portobello park, escort them to the villa, explain how everything works using a checklist, and present brochures about beaches, restaurants, and useful contacts)
- Tourist assistance by phone (mostly via messages)
- Check the cleaning before guest arrival
- When no arrivals are scheduled, assist with back-office tasks and support the on-site team with small duties related to preparing for guest arrivals
